1. What's the lead time of the order?

Usualy we finish the production in 20-35 days, afte the order confirmaiton.

2. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes. Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

3. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

4. Payment details

Payment steps:
1. Confirm which products you choose and payment way .
2. Email us your detail contact information:
    A: Your company name
    B: Your full name
   C: Detail address & zip code
    D: Phone number
3. We will send you a stamped proforma invoice.
4. Confirm and pay for your products.
5. Email or fax us bank copy.

Payment ways:
We accept payment via Bank transfer T/T. 30% deposit upon confirmation of order, balance payment before delivery.

5. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

6. CFR or CIF will be accepted?

With full position support from our own forwarder, we supply timely delivery and shipment. To get freight rate, pls visit: www.freight-supermarket.com.

7. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products USD5,000-20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our proucts worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
